Order Processing
Payment Verification
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping for eligible orders delivered within the Continental United States.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services depending on destination and logistics availability.
Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Important Notes
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
External factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, peak shipping periods,
or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their tracking system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, this simply means the carrier has not yet completed the initial scan.
Tracking updates will appear once the package has been processed by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout.
Yazpe is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.
Returned packages may be sent back to our fulfillment facility and could be subject to disposal if left unclaimed.
Forwarding or Redirection
If a customer requests that a shipment be forwarded or redirected after it has been shipped,
Yazpe is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or damage that may occur during the forwarding process.
Special Orders & Customization
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on product complexity.
If additional processing time is required, our support team will notify you accordingly.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to:

- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO Addresses
- International destinations outside the Continental United States
